Grilled Sandwich with Three Types of Cheese

Ingredients:
2 tbsp. mayonnaise
1/8 tsp. dried basil
1/8 tsp. dried oregano
4 slices of whole wheat bread
2 slices of 1/2 to 1-ounce cheddar cheese
2 slices of Monterey Jack cheese
1/2 to 1 ounce
2 thin slices of tomato
2 slices of 1/2 to 1 oz. provolone cheese Soft butter
Direction:

  1. Mix mayonnaise with basil and oregano in a small bowl and then spread
    the mixture on each side of the slice. Cover each slice with a slice of each
    cheese and tomato, and then the other slice of bread.
  2. Lightly brush each side of the sandwich and put the sandwiches in the
    basket. Cook at a temperature of 400°F for 8 minutes, turning halfway
    through cooking.
