3/4 cup almond flour
1-cup white cornmeal
1-tablespoon erythritol sweetener
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
6 tablespoons butter, unsalted; melted
2 eggs; beaten
1 1/2 cups buttermilk, low fat

  1. Switch on the air fryer, insert fryer pan, grease it with olive oil, then shut
    with its lid, set the fryer at 360 degrees F and preheat for 5 minutes.
    Meanwhile, crack the egg in a bowl and then whisk in butter and milk until
    blended. Place flour in another bowl, add remaining ingredients stir until
    well mixed and then stir in egg mixture until incorporated. Open the fryer,
    pour the batter into the fryer pan, close with its lid and cook for 25 minutes
    at 360 degrees F until nicely golden and crispy, shaking halfway through
    the frying. When the air fryer beeps, open its lid, take out the fryer pan,
    and then transfer the bread onto a serving plate. Cut the bread into pieces
    and serve.
