Tuna and Avocado

2 oz. tuna, packed in water
1 avocado, pitted

8 green olives
½ cup mayonnaise, full-fat
1/3 tsp salt
1/4 tsp ground black pepper

  1. Cut avocado into half, then remove the pit, scoop out the flesh and
    distribute between two plates.
  2. Add tuna and green olives and then season with salt and black pepper.
  3. Serve with mayonnaise.
