Creamy Tuna, Spinach, and Eggs Plates

2 oz. of spinach leaves
2 oz. tuna, packed in water
2 eggs, boiled
4 tbsp. cream cheese, full-fat
¼ tsp salt
1/8 tsp ground black pepper
- Take two plates and evenly distribute spinach and tuna between them.
- Peel the eggs, cut them into half, and divide them between the plates and
then season with salt and black pepper.
- Serve with cream cheese.
