2 oz. of spinach leaves
2 oz. tuna, packed in water
2 eggs, boiled
4 tbsp. cream cheese, full-fat
¼ tsp salt
1/8 tsp ground black pepper

  1. Take two plates and evenly distribute spinach and tuna between them.
  2. Peel the eggs, cut them into half, and divide them between the plates and
    then season with salt and black pepper.
  3. Serve with cream cheese.
