1/3 tablespoon unsalted butter:
2 tablespoons milk
Salt and black pepper to try
1/8 cup cheddar cheese
- Place fresh butter in a fryer-safe oven/air saucepan and place it inside the
fryer. Cook, about 2 minutes, at 300 degrees until fresh butter get melted.
Whisk the milk and eggs all together then add some pepper and salt for
taste. Cook for 3-4 minutes at 300 degrees, then put eggs to the inside of
the fry pan and stir. Cook for another 2-3 minutes, then add (cheddar)
cheese and stir the eggs once more. Cook another 2 minutes. Remove that
pan from air fryer and instantly serve.
