Air-Fried Breakfast Bombs

Ingredients:
3 slices bacon center-cut
3 Big, lightly beaten eggs
1 1/3 ounce fat cream cheese, softened
Fresh chives: 1 tablespoon, chopped
4 ounces of new whole wheat flour pizza dough

Directions:

  1. Cook the bacon over medium to very crisp in a medium skillet, around 10
    minutes. Take bacon off the pan. In a pan, add eggs to the bacon drippings;
    cook for about 1 minute, frequently stirring, until almost set, but still loose.
  2. Transfer eggs to a bowl; add cream cheese, chives, and crumbled bacon to
    taste. Divide the dough into four pieces equal to each. Roll each piece into
    a 5-inch circle onto a lightly floured surface—place one-fourth of each
    dough circle in the middle of the egg mixture.
  3. Brush the outside edge of the dough with water; wrap the dough around
    the mixture of the eggs to form a bag, pinch the dough at the seams
    together. In an air fryer tray, put dough bags in a single layer; coat
    thoroughly with cooking spray. Cook for 5 to 6 minutes at 350 ° F until
    golden brown, then test for 4 minutes.
