Breakfast Frittatas

Ingredients:
¼ pound breakfast sausage, completely cooked and crumbled
4 eggs, lightly beaten
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
2 tbsp red pepper, chopped
1 green onion, chopped
1 pinch cayenne pepper
Cooking spray
Directions:

  1. Combine the sausage, eggs, cheddar cheese, onion, bell pepper, and
    cayenne in a bowl and blend. Set the temperature of the air-fryer to 360°F
    (180°C). Sprinkle a 6×2-inch non-stick cake pan with a cooking spray. Put
    the mixture of the eggs in the prepared cake pan. Cook in the air fryer for
    18 to 20 minutes until the frittata is set.
