Garlic Butter Salmon

Ingredients
2 salmon fillets, skinless
1 tsp minced garlic
1 tbsp. chopped cilantro
1 tbsp. unsalted butter
2 tbsp. grated cheddar cheese
Seasoning:
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp ground black pepper
Directions:

  1. Turn on the oven, then set it to 350 degrees F, and let it preheat.
  2. Meanwhile, taking a rimmed baking sheet, grease it with oil, place salmon
    fillets on it, season with salt and black pepper on both sides.
  3. Stir together butter, cilantro, and cheese until combined, then coat the
    mixture on both sides of salmon in an even layer and bake for 15 minutes
    until thoroughly cooked.
  4. Then Turn on the broiler and continue baking the salmon for 2 minutes
    until the top is golden brown.
  5. Serve.
