Garlic Butter Salmon

2 salmon fillets, skinless
1 tsp minced garlic
1 tbsp. chopped cilantro
1 tbsp. unsalted butter
2 tbsp. grated cheddar cheese
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp ground black pepper
- Turn on the oven, then set it to 350 degrees F, and let it preheat.
- Meanwhile, taking a rimmed baking sheet, grease it with oil, place salmon
fillets on it, season with salt and black pepper on both sides.
- Stir together butter, cilantro, and cheese until combined, then coat the
mixture on both sides of salmon in an even layer and bake for 15 minutes
until thoroughly cooked.
- Then Turn on the broiler and continue baking the salmon for 2 minutes
until the top is golden brown.
